SWITCHKART has no control over any aspect of your transactions with third parties for any reason, and they are solely responsible to you for all aspects of those transactions. SWITCHKART may not be directly involved in the transaction between the user(s) and third-party professional(s).

In case an order is shipped and not accepted by the customer, the company reserves the right to forfeit the partial payment amount.
